Two Years of Citizens Advice International

Citizens Advice International (CAI) celebrates today, March 31, 2006 two years since it was founded. CAI is an umbrella organization gathering the world-wide NGOs offering services of information and advice to citizens. CAI was created as a base for offering technical assistance to national NGOs.
