The Resource Center for Public Participation (CeRe) acts so that the public decisions meet the needs and desires of the social actors. CeRe was born from the belief that public participation is not just a trifle, but a principle that can be a real and important benefit for Romanian communities. Therefore, CeRe works with citizens, NGOs and public institutions so that the decisions that influence the life of a community - may it be a town, a village or even the country - to be taken by those governing it together with those that live in it.
