Period: June 2011 – March 2012
Goal: Increasing local NGOs capacity to contribute to local policy-making through participative advocacy tools. Departing from two problems identified within the cities of Campia Turzii (Cluj county) and Jimbolia (Timis county), throughout the implementation of the current project, NACAB aims to organize two local advocacy campaigns for including evidence-based and participatory policy proposals in local decisions in two small urban communities, to monitor the implementation of the policy recommendations submitted to local authorities in the two communities in Romania and to raise awareness of local authorities and NGOs on the benefits of evidence-based and participatory decision-making.
