Building on NACAB’s Institutional Development – NACAB Dynamics and the Management of Change

Period: January 2009 – December 2010.

Goal: increasing NACAB’s capacity of providing for citizens, through its CAB network, quality information and advice services, as well as promoting their interests and needs in the process of elaboration and implementation of public policies at local and national level. Specific objectives: strenghtening NACAB’s sustainability in terms of Human and Financial Resources; strenghtening NACAB’s  operational capacity for an efficient and effective coordination  of the CAB network; diversifying/consolidating NACAB’s area of action; strenghtening the CAB sustenability in providing quality services for citizens. The project represents a general purposes grant offered by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation.

In this project, NACAB consolidated its operational capacity to coordinate the network of CABs.
